Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as the order hasn’t been sent yet.
A refused and unopened package can be sent back by the deliverer. From the moment the undamaged goods are in our possession, the balance will be refunded without the costs of shipment.
Piccabu applies the law giving a 14 day consideration to send back goods without any justification.
We are dealing with sensitive personal products. Therefore laws of hygiene have to be respected.
Every article has to be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

Costs of transport due to preclusion is for the consumer.
If a part of a preclusion is made, the refund will be limited to the amount of the return.
All cancellations and preclusions must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org by email, or by postal letter.
This notification must contain your full name and order number.
To reimburse , we also need the number of the bank account. This must be the same as the payment piccabu received from.
